Returns
Due to the intimate nature of our products, Persephone's Closet has a "No Refund" policy.
Our return policies are as follows:
- In the event of a fitting problem, Customer must email Persephone's Closet within FIVE days from receipt of item for an EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT (excluding shipping and handling charges) You will be given an RA# and a link to a printable return form-no returns will be accepted without an RA#
- Return shipping to Persephone's Closet is at Customer's own expense.
- All Returns must be 100% complete, unworn & in new condition, with no damage from deodorants, perfumes, smoke, pet hair etc. and all tags must be attached.
- Persephone's Closet reserves the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.
- Replacement items will be shipped after the item is received and inspected by Persephone's Closet's Returns Department.
We strongly recommend that you fully insure the return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection as Persephone's Closet is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges on all returned items (however, we do cover shipping for the substituted item(s))
**PLEASE NOTE** There are NO returns or exchanges on hairpieces, costumes, hosiery, footwear or Igigi clothing.
Shipping
Please allow up to 10 - 14 business days for us to process and ship your orderAll shipping charges include insurance and a tracking # which will be emailed to you.
Canadian Orders:
To destinations in Canada, items will be shipped via Canada Post XpressPost (1 - 7days depending on destination)
U.S. Orders:
To destinations in the Continental US, items will be shipped via Canada Post Xpresspost USA (4 - 10 days)
The customer is responsible for all duty fees and taxes (if any) for orders outside Canada.
